I'm a salmon fan. It is a terrific recipe to get a somewhat exotic flavor of Indian inspiration having a maple twist. The flavor is delectable extraordinary, and distinctive. Orange zest might be added for an additional flavor twist.
- Authentic recipe makes 6 servings
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 2 tbs maple syrup
Stir black pepper, paprika, cardamom, coriander, and salt together. Add maple syrup and oil and stir until combined.Dredge salmon pieces until evenly coated on all sides.Cook salmon in the pan that is preheated until fish flakes easily using a fork, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
